Food is a gift made for sharing! With our eGifts, you can treat friends and family to a meal at ASK Italian any time they fancy. Just choose your amount, from £5 to £250, and whether you want it to be delivered via email or text message. Then all they have to do is show the eGift on their mobile to spend it in any of our restaurants across the UK.

ASK Italian eGift is an electronic version of ASK Italian gift card. Instead of a card the recipient receives a code via text or email.

It is up to you how much money you place onto the eGift, it can be any value from £10 to £250. If you would like more than £250- perhaps to give to a group of people for a night out- then you can buy more than one card, or give us a call on 020 7535 4113.
There are no hidden charges, what you load on to eGift is yours or your recipients to spend. However the value on the eGift must be spent within 12 months. After 12 months any monies left on the eGift will be lost.
You can pay by debit or credit card if you order by phone or via the internet. Your eGift code is not sent out until your payment has been received.
You can pay by MasterCard, Visa and Maestro from UK issued banks only. The cards must be enrolled in 3D secure. Unfortunately we are not able to accept international credit or debit cards.
Your ASK Italian eGift will be sent to the recipient via text or email as soon as the payment for the gift has been received or on your chosen date.
We advise checking with your network provider, normally, there is no charge for receiving the text.
All eGifts are delivered activated and can be used as soon as they are received.
Yes you can. We deliver to anywhere in mainland UK. You can include a personal message too.
The eGift can be sent immediately or on the date and time selected by you. Text messages will be delivered between 8am – 8:45 pm, 7 days a week including bank holidays.
We send a confirmation email to you the purchaser as soon as we receive confirmation that the text message has been delivered to the mobile phone by the mobile phone operator.
We monitor the delivery of the voucher to the mobile phone. If we receive a notification from the mobile phone operator that they have not been able to deliver the voucher we will contact you, the purchaser, by email asking them to contact Customer Services.
Anyone that has a mobile phone number with a UK number (starting with 07xxx xxx xxx)
It depends on whether you provided us with your personal details. If you provide us with your details when you purchase the eGift, but you don’t spend the total value of the eGift, an email or SMS will be automatically sent to you with a new code for the remaining balance. If you did not provide us with your details, we unfortunately won’t be able to contact you to reissue the remaining balance.
Once your eGift has expired it is not possible to reactivate it. You have 12 months from receiving the text message or email to use the funds available.
Yes, you can pay as much as you like from your eGift. For example if you have £10 on your eGift, you can pay £5 from eGift and pay the remaining £15 in cash or with a debit or credit card.
Your waiter only needs to know you are spending a gift card when your bill arrives. You do not need to tell him when you are placing your order.
